   I was guessing it was some 26 year old white guy (fresh out of college) who got a good job, but wanted to show he was still cool. The “Dr. Dre” vanity plate he really wanted was already issued, so he went for the more generic “Dr. Rap” thinking it would be just as cool. Unfortunatly, it’s not.

   Has anyone considered this could be an old hippie psychology teacher? Explains the Cherokee. A PHD with a ponytail wants to “rap” with the young people about their perceptions of the world.

    Did anyone consider that maybe the DMV knew what they were giving him due to his reputation? Maybe this doc catches alot of “Bad Raps”. The possibility that he does not practice medicine well and advertises it on his car may help him in court against all the malpractice suits. :dead: :dead:
    OR
    The possibility that one of our famous rap stars acually went back to high school, graduated, then paid his way thru college and medical school to obtain the name in full rights… as Dr. Rap. :boob: :boob:
