I’m guessing that it’s a registry office, that this is for the couples who are about to get hitched and that there’s another sign underneath saying:
“BECAUSE THIS IS THE LAST ONE YOU’RE EVER GONNA GET, BUDDY!” -
if she’s good at it there is no need to park 😉

BJ’s- Liquor in the front, poker in the rear. Ample parking, No waiting. The customer always comes first!
