   Let’s see. Fuqing is one of the major cities in the Fujian province of the People’s Republic of China, the communists. At about 1.1 million population in 1993, Fuqing is one of the prominent sources of illegal Chinese ‘Snake People’ immigrants to Canada and on to the US.

   So, is the Fuqing Community Association of Canada an organization of illegals, or providing assistance to illegals? The name sounds bad for a prom date, anyway. Think of a Founding Family naming their son, ‘Richard’ to blend into America. Fuqing Dick, at least until they learn to put the family name last. Then the daughter, Eva Fuqing would have difficulties with her 5th grade teacher.

   Note that many of the Fujian province illegals travel first to Mexico as well as to Canada, before meandering across the border to the U.S. And the Chinese smugglers are better prepared to extort and abuse the illegals — once the smugglee gets to the U.S. the organization puts the new arrival into a designated restaurant or garment operation until debts are paid.

   It seems likely the CIA and Taiwan government put together the beginnings of this particular flow of illegals, about 1700 a year in 1998. 8 of those were stopped with forged passports worth $120,000. That makes for a lot of cash flowing to no good, no taxes paid, and an awful lot of leverage to place on individuals and families by unsavory organizations.

   So while the sign looks provocative, if a Fuqing Community Association sign went up across the street from me, I would immediately send pictures to the FBI, the INS, and the local sheriff. This is not an ‘underground railroad’ helping oppressed people. This is organized crime of international proportions dealing in slavery.

   Welcome back Dave – Now, what a plethora of entertainment possibilities we have this morning. First, we have an entire community devoted to fuqing. I’ll certainly vote for that. Next, two helium-filled terrorists who may, in fact, be practicing self abuse while “pumping” themselves up for an attack. (Actually, the video is scary enough.) And last but certainly not least, Nikki, lover of all things visual, has provided us with a fabulous insight into the Nipponese world of kinky sex.
